DistributorBooks was born out of a simple frustration: independent bread and snack distributors had no good way to know if their routes were actually making money. Every week, owners were spending hours wrestling spreadsheets, guessing at their real profit, and hoping the numbers would work out.

We built DistributorBooks because we needed it ourselves. As independent distributors running routes for Flowers Foods, we knew the pain of trying to track net sales, stale percentages, shrink, expenses, and labor costs across multiple routes — all while driving a truck 12 hours a day.

Today, DistributorBooks automatically pulls your Flowers Foods stat reports, calculates every metric that matters, and gives you one clear answer every Monday morning: am I making money? No spreadsheets, no guessing, no Sunday nights spent crunching numbers.

Our Mission

We believe every independent distributor deserves to know their real numbers — without hiring an accountant, without learning Excel, and without spending their precious off-hours doing paperwork. DistributorBooks exists to make that happen.

We build every feature with one test in mind: would a tired truck driver at 4am after a 12-hour day be able to use this without thinking? Big buttons, clear numbers, obvious navigation. If it requires explanation, we redesign it.
